The place offers a comfortable atmosphere with friendly staff, although the amenities could be better. I missed having kitchen essentials in the room. The parking was convenient, and the location allowed easy access to local attractions, making it a solid choice despite some minor hiccups.

clean stay with great service but could improve on parking

Super comfy and pet-friendly!
We had a lovely stay for the night! The room was spotless and the bed was super comfy. Loved having a kitchenette, but kinda wish there were some dishes in the room. The staff were super friendly, and it was great to have our pups with us. Cap off the night with some snacks from the snack bar, too!

Family with children, decent stay
The front desk staff was super friendly, especially Reanna. She recommended a local place for dinner that ended up being a game changer for us!
It wasn’t exactly cheap for the family, but still acceptable.

I had a lovely time in a cozy Queen Room and loved relaxing in the TV room while catching up on some shows. The place has nice barbecue facilities that made it easy to enjoy a fun grill night. The only thing I missed was EV chargers, which would’ve been a lifesaver after a long drive. 😊

Comfortable Stay with Room for Improvement
Our three-night stay was pleasant overall. We enjoyed the spacious queen room and loved having a kitchen area. However, packing kitchen essentials is necessary as utensils aren't provided. Interactions with most staff were positive, making our trip enjoyable. Plan grocery trips ahead for the best experience.

The Queen Room was mostly comfortable and featured a kitchenette with a full fridge, which was great for our needs. The walls were surprisingly thick. we enjoyed peaceful nights without disturbances. However, I encountered thin walls during one particularly loud morning with guests next door. Don't forget to pack your own kitchen supplies, as the room is equipped but not stocked.

I recently stayed at My Place Hotel in Colorado Springs for 4 nights. The room felt spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed that made resting easy. I appreciated the convenient kitchenette setup for snacks and drinks. The view of the mountains added a fantastic touch to our stay. However, I faced a major issue with the misleading information about the kitchen supplies. The listing advertised a full kitchen, but there were no pots, pans, or dishes provided. This was quite frustrating. Destiny at the front desk explained that this policy exists due to liability concerns, which felt inadequate as many hotels with kitchens do provide essential cookware. Additionally, I noticed inconsistencies in staff attentiveness. some were helpful, while others seemed disinterested. I did enjoy the quiet surroundings for the most part but heard noise from adjacent rooms at times. Even with these drawbacks, the hotel has potential for a great stay with better communication and more transparency about their kitchen facilities.

Comfort and clean with great amenities
The queen room was super clean and comfy. It had a kitchenette with a refrigerator, stovetop, and microwave for easy meal prep. The hairdryer and ironing facilities were handy. The outdoor area was perfect for a walk with my dog. Staff were quick to help when needed.

Well-equipped kitchenette enhances convenience.
The limited breakfast options were disappointing. I expected more than a $7.49 sandwich for breakfast. Also, the pillows were uncomfortable and flattened instantly. It's frustrating not to have a decent breakfast deal.
